For deeper cleaning, a fabric-safe upholstery or spot washer can be used carefully to refresh the fabric and remove stains. Always test cleaning products on a hidden area first. If your sofa has removable covers, you can take the covers to a professional dry cleaner to maintain the fabric’s texture, colour, and overall quality.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — avoid rubbing, as this can push stains deeper into the fabric.

General Maintenance Tips

How long will my order take to arrive?

Lead times vary depending on your chosen product and fabric. Most made-to-order sofas and beds are delivered within 3-4 weeks, while in-stock items may arrive sooner. At checkout, you’ll see estimated delivery times for your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
