How can I place an order with OPA Living?
Simply browse our website, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as 0% finance over 12 months with Payitmonthly.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within the highlighted delivery timescales displayed on each individual product page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver across the UK Mainland — including England, Scotland, and Wales — as well as the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and Ireland. We can facilitate international orders but you must arrange a international courier service.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you may return or exchange items as per our returns policy, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the item damaged, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
