They provide important information about who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we can change or terminate the contract, what to do in case of any problems, and other essential details. If you believe there is an error in these terms, please contact us for further discussion. We reserve the right to amend these terms without notice.

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU 3.1 All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance. We will accept your order and create a contract between you and us when we email you to confirm acceptance. 3.2 If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and will not charge you for the product. This may occur if the product is out of stock or if there is an error in the price or description of the product. 3.3 We will assign an order number to your order and provide you with the details when we accept your order. Please refer to this order number whenever you contact us regarding your order. 3.4 Mainland UK. Our website is intended for the promotion of our products in specific areas of the UK. For more information on delivery locations, please refer to our Delivery Page. Please ensure that your delivery address is within our delivery areas, as we do not accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside of these areas.

OUR PRODUCTS 4.1 The images of our products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on your device's display will accurately reflect the colours of the products. There may be slight variations in colour between the images and the actual products, due to factors such as monitor settings or screen resolution. 4.2 As our products are handmade, the dimensions indicated on our website may have slight variations of up to 5cm, despite our efforts to ensure accuracy. 4.3 If you purchase the same product at different times, we cannot guarantee an exact match in colour or measurements between batches.

YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES 5.1 If you wish to make changes to the product you have ordered, please contact us. We will inform you if the changes are possible and provide you with information on any changes to the price, timing of supply, or other necessary details resulting from your requested change. We will ask for your confirmation before proceeding with the change.

DELIVERY 6.1 Delivery costs will be specified during the order process and are not included in the prices displayed for the items. More information can be found on our Delivery page. 6.2 Arranging delivery. The estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of order placement. Once your order is confirmed and available for delivery, we will contact you to arrange the delivery date. We strive to deliver on the first available van in your area, as we are unable to store your item for a extended period of time.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
In the event you decide you no longer wish to go ahead with your order, we have a 24-hour cancellation period in which you can cancel your order & receive a full refund, we will need written or verbal communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel. Please note any cancellation made after 24 hours would render the deposit non-refundable.
All our sofas and beds are bespoke & made to order, and therefore is a non-returnable item. Once the 24-hour cancellation period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your item. If you wish to cancel after 24 hours you will be subject to a 30% (of your order value) restocking fee.
In rare instance you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your delivery has been completed, there is a chance at managers discretion to exchange the item to the value, however, this will incur a £149.99 handling fee to exchange your item, we reserve the right to withdraw this offer, it is completely at the discretion of the manager.
OPA Living take no liability for furniture pieces fitting through doors and upstairs, please do double check the measurements. Size issues relating to this are strictly non refundable.
OPA Living take no liability for fabric / colour related issues, at OPA Living we offer a free sample service and encourage all customers to order samples prior to ordering to ensure you the customer are happy with the fabric of the item being ordered. Fabric and colour shades may appear different on screen to the fabric in person so it is advised to request samples to be sure. Fabric / colour issues relating to this are strictly non refundable, if however a sample was ordered prior to purchase and there is an issue with the fabric for any reason we will be more than happy to assist you in resolving this.
All measurements are as true as can be, but with the items being handmade bespoke to order each individual bed will be ever so slightly different, so please do measure and allow for slight tolerances. If unsure please ask a member of our team for assistance.
3rd Party Delivery and Assembly Disclaimer:
Delivery Responsibility: Rest assured, Opa Living uses reliable 3rd party courier services for seamless product delivery, extending standard delivery until the doorstep of your property. Once the product is handed over to the courier company, they take charge of the remaining delivery process. It's important to note that damages during transportation are rare, and we want to reassure our customers that we strive to ensure the safe arrival of your furniture.
Assembly Responsibility: While assembly is typically straightforward, customers are unlikely to encounter issues. Opa Living appreciates the care our customers take during the assembly process. We want to emphasize that damages during assembly are infrequent. However, in the unlikely event that they occur, customers are kindly contact our customer service team, where possible we recommend customers to opt for a assembly during the checkout process to make this experience seamless.
Quality Assurance: Opa Living maintains high-quality standards to ensure your furniture reaches you in excellent condition. Your satisfaction is our priority. We recommend inspecting your furniture upon delivery, although it's rare for our products to have any manufacturing defects or damages prior to delivery.
Damages Inside the Home: It's important to note that once the product is delivered inside your home, any damages caused by the courier company are exceedingly rare. The delivery personnel are trained to handle items with care. In the unlikely event that damages occur inside your home, Opa Living disclaims any responsibility, and customers are encouraged to address the issue directly with the courier company.
Furthermore, by inviting the courier personnel into your home for delivery or assembly, you acknowledge and accept that any potential damages arising from the handling of items inside your premises fall outside the scope of Opa Living's responsibility.
Modification of Terms: Opa Living retains the right to modify these terms and conditions, although updates are infrequent. Customers are encouraged to review this section for any occasional updates.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance: By proceeding with a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this section. Please be reassured that the likelihood of encountering issues during delivery or assembly is minimal, and our team is here to assist you promptly should any concerns arise.
With all of our products you will also secure a free Five years manufacturers warranty. This warranty starts from the day that you sign for your delivery. However, some exclusions do apply. If you disassemble the item for any reason or move the items to a different property your warranty will be void.
