Cancellations & Returns

In the event you decide you no longer wish to go ahead with your order, we have a 24-hour cancellation period in which you can cancel your order & receive a full refund, we will need written or verbal communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel. Please note any cancellation made after 24 hours would render the deposit non-refundable.

All our beds and sofas are bespoke & made to order, and therefore is a non-returnable item. Once the 24-hour cancellation period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your bed/ sofa. If you wish to cancel after 24 hours you will be subject to a 30% (of your order value) restocking fee subject to managers discretion.

In rare instance you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your delivery has been completed, there is a chance at managers discretion to exchange the bed to the value, however, this will incur a £149.99 handling fee to exchange your bed or sofa, we reserve the right to withdraw this offer, it is completely at the discretion of the manager.

OPA Living take no liability for beds / sofas fitting through doors and upstairs, please do double check the measurements. Size issues relating to this are strictly non refundable.

All measurements are as true as can be, but with the beds being handmade bespoke to order each individual bed will be ever so slightly different, so please do measure and allow for slight tolerances. If unsure please ask a member of our team for assistance.

Swatches of fabric are available on our website, we encourage all customers to order fabric swatches prior to purchase to ensure you have chosen the correct colour/fabric. Please note shades of colour on the screen may look different in real life. Issues relating to colour / fabric choices are strictly non refundable.

Pease not ex demo and ex display sofas are strictly non refundable and are sold as seen. All sofas can be viewed online, alternatively you can book in a detailed viewing of the sofa via video or physical on our website.

All our luxury Mattresses are provided in sealed packaging, once this has been opened you are no longer able to return or exchange your mattress.
If a fault is discovered on your mattress, your one-year manufacturer’s warranty would cover this, which begins the date you sign for your delivery.
