Simply select your product, choose your preferred size and fabric, and add it to your cart. You can then checkout online, or if you’d like assistance, our sales team is available by phone, video call, or in-store at our Flagship Chelsea or Yorkshire showrooms.

Can I order fabric swatches before buying?

Yes. We offer a complimentary swatch service with over 100+ fabrics to choose from. Order samples online to see colours and textures in your own home before making your final decision.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Lead times vary depending on your chosen product and fabric. Most made-to-order sofas and beds are delivered within 3-4 weeks, while in-stock items may arrive sooner. At checkout, you’ll see estimated delivery times for your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this time, production begins, and changes may not be possible. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need assistance.
