Care Instructions

Vacuum or sweep regularly using suction only. Avoid vacuum cleaners with rotating brush bars as these may damage the pile.

In the event of spills, blot immediately with a clean white cloth. Do not rub the affected area.

Do not machine wash. For stubborn stains, we recommend seeking specialist cleaning advice.

As with all natural wool rugs, some initial shedding may occur. Loose fibres can simply be trimmed carefully with scissors.

We recommend using an anti-slip underlay to help protect flooring and minimise movement.

To preserve colour and finish, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and keep away from open heat sources or fire.

Lead times vary depending on your chosen product and fabric. Most made-to-order sofas and beds are delivered within 3-4 weeks, while in-stock items may arrive sooner. At checkout, you’ll see estimated delivery times for your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this time, production begins, and changes may not be possible. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need assistance.
